- Clean and dry skin. Lotions or oils will prevent the adhesive from sticking.
- Apply each side, press firmly and hold for a few seconds then connect with middle clasp.
- To remove, gently peel away from skin until it is off.

- Hand wash with mild soap and water to remove oils and residue. Do not use harsh cleaners, alcohol or machine wash.
